Approved by Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough Councils, the new homes will make up the fifth phase of the wider scheme.
A total of 99 homes will be transferred to a housing association partner for rent and shared ownership.
As part of Persimmon and Charles Church’s wider development at Redditch, over £7.23m is being paid to support infrastructure delivery and the local economy.

“We’re committed to creating vibrant, successful communities and supporting more local families in getting their dream homes.
“We’ll continue to work in partnership with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure our developments deliver real benefits for the communities they are based in.”
