The development, which is in partnership with emh group, will consist of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The project has been planned under the Vistry Countryside Partnerships brand and will also include over £550,000 of investment in the local community.
Vistry aims to implement a green infrastructure plan, which will include planted buffers and the retention and enrichment of greenery.
Design features such as traffic calming measures, shared open spaces, and cycling connections are also planned to be implemented to make public transport a convenient choice for residents.
