Called Brentwood Central, the apartments will come in a mix of one and two-bedrooms with the five-storey property built around a landscaped communal courtyard.
The site is located half a mile away from Brentwood station, providing direct links to London Stratford and central stations such as London Liverpool Street — bicycle storage and EV charging points will also be included in the building design.
Prices will start from £296,500 for a one-bedroom apartment and £399,500 for a two-bedroom apartment.
