David has been internally promoted to the position from his current role as construction director designate, which he had held since joining the firm in 2023.
Prior to joining Persimmon, David spent 20 years with Barratt Developments.
In his new role, he will be tasked with leading the Northampton-based team he has already worked with for the past 12 months.
