The site in Newbold Verdon will include public open space, as part of a commitment to enhance the area’s green space and biodiversity.
The housebuilder is pledging up to £2.1m in the nearby area, with £1m to be put towards education improvements and £160,000 set aside for community healthcare provision.

“Our upcoming new community will bring a wide range of new benefits to the area, including major improvements to local roads, public open spaces, healthcare, and education,” said Dan Endersby, managing director at Persimmon Homes North Midlands.
