The group has been included after meeting eligibility criteria during the index’s recent quarterly review.

Since re-listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2015, Harworth has grown its statutory net assets by 137% while delivering a 10% average total accounting return.
To date, the group has directly developed around two million sq ft of industrial and logistics space while also delivering over 10,000 residential plots.
As it stands, Harworth management remains confident in reaching £1bn EPRA NDV by the end of 2027 and will grow its portfolio to £900m by the end of 2029.
