HTB boosts South Coast coverage

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has boosted its coverage with the South Coast with the appointment of a BDM.

Chloe House (pictured above), will take up this role for the newly established region, the formation of which comes in response to “substantial” broker demand in the area.

The South Coast was previously covered by Aimee Amphlett and Serena Grewel, business development managers for the South West and South East Respectively.

Chloe joins from SPF Private Clients where she was a finance specialist.

She has also worked as a mortgage and financial advisor at firms such as Fox and Sons, Ramsey & White and The Mortgage Hut.

“We couldn't be more excited to welcome Chloe to our team - her experience and knack for understanding the nuances of complex cases are exactly what we need as we continue evolving our proposition to meet the real-world needs of brokers and their clients,” said Alex Upton, managing director of specialist mortgages at HTB. “Chloe’s addition reinforces our commitment to staying agile and responsive, especially in a market that’s moving so fast."

Chloe added: “I’m thrilled to join HTB and get started with supporting brokers across the South Coast. My background as a mortgage adviser has given me valuable insight into the importance of the BDM role and how strong relationships with brokers can help get deals over the line.”
