The agents will market the former Cole Brothers building in Barker’s Pool, Sheffield.
This is part of a wider regeneration scheme by Urban Splash to transform Park Hill in the city. The regeneration specialists are planning to create a mixed-use space with leisure, retail and workspaces.
National agent Smith Young will handle the retail brief alongside leisure specialist Starka. They will both work alongside Sheffield-based commercial adviser colloco.
Nathan Cornish, director at Urban Splash, said it was an honour to be tasked with redeveloping this site.

“As we work through our early design plans, we’re keen to find occupiers who share our values and vision for the building,” said Nathan.
“With these carefully selected agents, we hope to curate a vibrant mix of occupiers who will breathe new life into the building.
“We are seeking out great brands, independents, and businesses committed to the city, so that together we can create something truly special and unique to Sheffield.
“While we are still in the early stages, we look forward to progressing through the development process and collaborating with agents, potential occupiers, and partners along the way.”
