The residential management and lettings business has been appointed by Long Harbour to oversee the 495-unit project.

Currently being built by Tide Construction and Long Harbour, completion of the project is being targeted for March 2025 with residents able to move in from May.

In addition to accommodation, The Eades will include a gym, rooftop dining room, yoga studio and co-working space.

This will also include 99 discount market rent apartments, available at a 50-60% discount to market rates.
