The Northwick Parkside project, in conjunction with Sovereign Network Group, is the first phase of the wider Northwick Park regeneration. This has an overall aim of delivering 1,600 homes.
Of the initial 654 homes being built, 323 are being designated for affordable homes and will be funded by the Mayor of London through the Greater London Authority’s Affordable Homes Programme.
The remaining properties will be sold by Countryside Homes.
The sales campaign will commence in Spring 2025, with completion of the homes expected between 2026 and 2028.

“We are excited to officially mark the commencement of our Northwick Park regeneration scheme, which marks a significant milestone in our mission to deliver high-quality, affordable homes to meet the capital’s considerable need,” said Daniel King, managing director of Vistry West London.
“Through our partnership with SNG and with the Mayor of London, we are not only addressing the local housing shortage but also creating a vibrant community with new amenities and opportunities for residents and key workers.”
Matt Bird, Sovereign Network Group’s regional managing director (London and East), added: “This is SNG’s largest London development project to date and shows the scale of the ambition to work with partners to deliver the good, affordable homes that Londoners need.
“Partnership has been key, and we appreciate the substantial support from the GLA through their Homes for Londoners: Affordable Homes Programme 2016-2023.”
