Before joining BLEND, Graeme was the head of lending in the development finance team at HTB and previously worked at Barclays.

He will be working with David Alcock, MD of lending to deliver BLEND’s strategic objectives.

This appointment follows BLEND’s recent announcement of an institutional funding line of over £50m to add more bridging products to support its property developer base.
