David joins the senior leadership team at the mezzanine and equity finance provider.

With over 15 years of experience in credit management and lending, David has held senior roles such as head of portfolio development finance and restructuring at Octopus Real Estate, as well as positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Silbury Finance, and CapitalRise.

His background spans both institutional and alternative lending, giving him insight into property investment, development, and bridging finance.
