Work on the first 51 family homes started in the summer with a new link road linking Top Farm to surrounding communities. This included construction beginning of a new secondary school, with room for 900 pupils, which will be completed by September 2025.
Top Farm is the largest of Develop Warwickshire’s sites and includes over 1,700 two, three and four-bedroom houses and bungalows. In addition to the new secondary school, a primary school is also being built alongside a local centre.
Phil McHugh, Vistry Group’s managing director of North West Midlands, said: “We are excited to get planning approval for the next phase of much-needed homes at Top Farm.
“Getting the green light to build a further 479 family homes marks another milestone in our commitment to delivering over 2,000 high-quality, affordable homes that enhance communities and meet the diverse housing needs in Warwickshire.”
