Andy has been hired for the newly created role of senior director for operational real estate.

He will work within UTB’s property development business with an initial focus on supporting developers working in the BTR space, before exploring opportunities in the adjacent PBSA and co-living markets.

Andy brings over 30 years of experience in banking, holding senior roles at organisations including RTBS, Bank of Scotland and Secure Trust Bank.

He joins UTB from Bank of London and Middle East where he was head of real estate finance and private banking.
