Speculative work begins on 943,00 sq ft Indurent Gloucester project

Speculative work has begun on the final phase of a 943,000 sq ft industrial & logistics scheme outside Gloucester, being delivered by Indurent.

The development at Indurent Park Gloucester makes this the first speculative multi-let industrial (MLI) scheme the developer has worked on since its launch in July 2024.

The latest phase will deliver around 234,000 sq ft of MLI and mid-box logistics space across 12 units, ranging from 6,000 to 57,000 sq ft in size.

Targeting high BREEAM certifications and EPC A+ ratings, this phase will include 34 EV charging points and 38,000 sq ft of rooftop solar panels.

The entire 22-unit scheme is scheduled for competition by December 2025.

“This is the first speculative MLI space to be delivered by Indurent, underlining our strong conviction for urban warehousing and our development capability,” said Marcus Riley, development manager at Indurent.

“The continued expansion of Indurent Park Gloucester, which is home to a wide range of local, national and international businesses, is reflective of our strategy to deliver, own and manage the space needed by customers of all shapes and sizes, at all stages of the supply chain.”
