This partnership was signed in November 2023, with the shared goal of delivering 1,522 BTR homes by the first quarter of 2027.

In the past 18 months, these homes have been delivered around the UK.

The 1,000th BTR unit has been delivered at Vistry’s Burrows development in Paddock Wood, Kent where 53 renters reside.
