The largest of these is the retrofit and extension of Milton Gate at 60 Chiswell Street, which will see the site expand to 13,230 sqm.
A retrofit is also being approved at 60 Queen Victoria Street, with a 2,058 sqm extension planned for the 16,720 sqm site.
New co-living departments are set to be approved at 150 Minories through the conversion and extension of an obsolete space, providing 277 new co-living units.
A further £13m has been secured from the developers to provide housing in neighbouring boroughs.

And a redevelopment of Faryners House at 25 Monument Street will provide 13,338 sqm of office floorspace.
“These schemes reflect the City’s commitment to sustainable growth, cultural enrichment, and inclusivity,” said Tom Sleigh, chair of the City of London Corporation’s Planning and Transport Committee.
“As we deliver modern workspaces to meet evolving business needs, we are equally focused on respecting our architectural heritage and enhancing amenities for local residents, workers and visitors.”
