HNWI bank-free debt property investment platform launches

A UK-based property investment company, specialising in providing bank-free debt, has launched under the brand Rise Capital.

According to a press announcement, Rise Capital’s mission is to offer “ethical, bank-debt free property investment opportunities.”

This will have two channels - a flagship debt-free syndicate investment model and a compliant equity model tailored for Shariah-focused investors, pension trustees and HNWIs.

The former will use a fixed-return model to target 10% annual income, plus a profit share, while the latter is structured to align with Islamic finance principles while offering ownership-based returns.

Rise Capital is also comparable with SSAS trustees, meeting HMRC lending rules.

The firm is actively onboarding new investors and SSAS administrators for its upcoming property tranches across East Anglia.

“We’re excited to bring something refreshingly simple and secure to the UK property investment space,” said Paul Wymer, director at Rise Capital.

“By removing banks from the equation, we allow investors—whether using cash or pension capital — to take secured positions with fixed returns and real alignment with the underlying asset.”
