The developer has completed the sale of five properties and freehold land at its One Meadow development in West Yorkshire to Manningham Housing Association.
This follows Manningham’s earlier purchase of 19 houses from Zentra in February 2025.
The net proceeds are being put towards the acquisition of a development site at Old Mill Street in Manchester.

This acquisition is subject to formal planning approval which is expected later this month.
Zentra has also updated figures around its part acquisition of the One Victoria project in Manchester.
In October 2024, Zentra announced it had acquired a 30% stake in the project for £3m.
Following a review, this value has been upgraded to £4.1m.
