Countrywide trainee programme delivers 25 new surveyors

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has delivered 25 new surveyors through its structured AssocRICS training programme.

In addition, 10 further trainees are working their way through the programme and preparing to submit their final assessments for AssocRICS accreditation.

Seven new trainees are due to begin the programme next month.

It caters to individuals from across the property market, with trainees from backgrounds including estate agency, lettings, new build, and domestic energy assessment.

This programme combines classroom learning with hands-on, real-world training supported by senior RICS-qualified mentors.

To date, almost 700 surveyors have become successfully qualified via the programme.

“We’re incredibly proud of all our newly qualified surveyors and the wider group progressing through the programme,” said Rebecca Freeman, director of field operations at CSS (pictured above).

“Their commitment, professionalism, and hunger to learn is inspiring, and it reflects the high standards we strive for across the business.

“Through expert mentoring, structured progression, and a culture of continuous learning, we’re doing more than developing surveyors, we’re nurturing future leaders who will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of residential valuation and property risk management.”
