Located at 26 Alva Street, the office will be headed by lending director for Scotland Jamie Drummond.
Jamie joined the firm in March 2025 from NatWest where he spent 30 years in corporate banking, with extensive experience of structuring and managing real estate transactions across senior debt, mezzanine and equity finance.

Since joining, Jamie has been focused on building Pluto’s relationships with developers across Scotland.
“Our decision to open in Edinburgh and appoint Jamie reflects the scale of the opportunity in Scotland,” said Justin Faiz, CEO at Pluto Finance.
