A spokesperson for the developer said this was to give the PBSA, which is still being built, a “new look and feel”.
The 397-bed PBSA, which is being funded in a joint venture between Watkin Jones and HGP, is scheduled to be available for letting in the 2026/27 academic year.
Fresh Student Living has also been signed on to manage the scheme.
