With a focus on the Hemel Hempstead down centre, both parties will work together to drive delivery of new affordable housing units.
The partnership is currently developing its first strategic business plan.

Councillor Sally Symington, leader at Dacorum Borough Council (pictured above, right), added: “Through the collaboration, we aim to identify key potential sites for future development to deliver new homes, commercial spaces, and essential infrastructure.
“It provides an approach to involve the private sector at an early stage to leverage their expertise from the outset.”
