These plans will involve the ‘comprehensive’ regeneration of the Juniper Crescent Estate and replace 120 existing homes.
Regarding the future of the estate, its residents have been consulted since 2022.
All existing residents in the estate will have a guaranteed right to return to a new home in the development once completed.
“We’re proud of our extensive community consultation and confident that the plans for the project reflect the voices of those involved throughout the process and are committed to working hand-in-hand with residents to ensure Juniper Crescent becomes a model for sustainable urban living,” said Robert Marcantoni, development director (London) at Riverside.

Of the 478 new homes, 50% will be designated as affordable housing by habitable room.
These plans include the use of energy efficient materials, biodiverse green spaces and enhanced walking and cycle paths.
New play areas for local children will also be built.
“We’re delighted to bring forward a vision that reflects the aspirations of the Juniper Crescent community,” said Dan King, divisional London chair at Vistry.
“This project is about more than new homes — it’s about creating a thriving, inclusive and sustainable neighbourhood for generations to come — providing a unique opportunity to deliver lasting benefits for the community.”
The planning application is now under consideration by Camden Council, with a decision expected in the coming months.
