This project continues the ongoing partnership between Barnet Council and Related Argent.
Designed by Squire & Partners and WCA, Plot 13 is the first phase of 'The Maple' and includes 249 BTR homes across four blocks ranging from eight to 16 storeys.
The Maple offers a range of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.
The ground floor features retail space, a leisure facility and a large community space, alongside a shared basement car park delivered under a separate contract which connects to neighbouring plots.
Galliford Try is undertaking the second phase of The Maple (Plot 14), which is scheduled to complete this Autumn and will offer a further 286 homes.
