Half of the 140 homes will be designated as affordable, with Vistry in discussions with an affordable housing partner about this.

“We’re delighted to have secured this site in Templecombe, which will enable us to deliver much-needed mixed-tenure homes in Somerset,” said Susan Scholfield, regional managing director at Vistry Bristol.
“The scheme has been carefully designed to reflect the character of the local area while providing a range of housing options, including a significant proportion of affordable homes.
“We look forward to progressing the Reserved Matters application and working with our partners to bring this exciting development to life.”
