PMJ provides £1.8m for Greater Manchester development

PMJ Capital has provided a £1.8m funding facility for a residential development in Diggle, in the Saddleworth area of Greater Manchester.

The funding has been secured by developer NRP Diggle to complete four detached homes.

PMJ Capital became involved part way through the build to refinance existing borrowings with another lender and to help complete the scheme.

The introduction was made by Manchester Property Group managing director Jay Roper, with professional advice provided by solicitors Fieldfisher and valuation by Savills.

Quantity surveying was provided by MCP Cost Consultancy.

“We are always keen to support experienced developers delivering well located schemes,” said Keiran Holmes, relationship manager at PMJ Capital.

“We worked closely with the team at NRP Diggle and our professional advisors to put the right funding structure in place quickly.

“This is a fantastic scheme, delivering much needed family accommodation, and we’d like to thank Jay Roper at MPG for recommending us.”
