The development in Lower Herne, Kent, will be built on a greenfield site previously used for farming.
This development will deliver a mix of shared ownership, social rent and affordable rent properties across two-, three- and four-bedroom properties. Initial infrastructure works are set to begin later this year.
These homes form part of the wider Lower Herne site, which has outline planning permission for 800 units in total.
All homes will be powered by air source heat pumps and delivered with a fabric-first approach, with larger windows to reduce reliance on artificial lighting and help cut energy consumption.
The first handovers of the affordable homes are expected to begin in early 2026.
