The nine acquired assets will generate £4.6m of additional rent and a weighted average unexpired lease term of 23 years.
These include five Premier Inn hotels acquired from Whitbread for £44.4m.
The hotels are located in Chatham, Exeter St David’s, Penzance, Southampton and Whitney, totalling 446 bedrooms.

LondonMetric has also acquired two logistics warehouses, an 80,000 sq ft unit in Malton and a 68,000 sq ft unit in the West Midlands.
Convenience units have also been acquired in Ludlow and Tunbridge Wells, with these 21,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft in size, respectively.
