Weston Homes launches £70m Jasper Wharf tower to deliver 167 apartments in Barking



Weston Homes has launched Jasper Wharf, a £70m GDV tower in Barking, East London.


Part of the Abbey Quay development, the building comprises 167 private apartments spread over 29-storeys.

It will offer 37 one-bedroom and 130 two-bedroom apartments, alongside a six-metre-high lobby.

The tower is set for completion in Spring 2027, with the first residents to move in Summer 2026.

There will be a number of discount market sale two-bedroom apartments available at 80% of the full price.

Residents will have access to 82 cycle spaces, with the option to purchase a parking space, including EV charging points.

The development will also include a new local supermarket and community hub which will be followed by a gym, restaurants and cafes.
