Bringing over 18 years of experience in real estate and fund management, Steve has held CFO roles at DRC Savills Investment Management (formerly DRC Capital) and Mitheridge Capital Management.

Steve will report into Puma’s managing director, Paul Frost.

In May 2025, Puma announced a strategic partnership with New York-based private equity firm Madison International Realty.

Madison made a cornerstone commitment to support the launch of Puma’s new institutional credit fund series, allowing Puma to build a seed loan portfolio of over £150m.

The partnership is also broadening Puma’s range of lending products, including increasing its maximum development loan size from £50m to £100m and expanding its provision of standalone stabilisation loans for operational real estate assets.

Steve will lead the structuring, operation and investor relations for the fund, as well as taking responsibility for the overall financial stewardship of the Puma business.
