The launch was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the mayor of Guildford, Cllr Howard Smith.
Located in Guildford town centre, Guildford Plaza comprises 301 studios and apartments across four buildings.
The development also features 67 rooms available at a discounted market rent.
