Bentry Capital targets 1,000 units by 2028



Bentry Capital is targeting the development of up to 1,000 units over the next three years, as it unveils details of its £500m GDV portfolio.


The firm’s portfolio has 1,200 units across four main schemes with further sites in the pipeline.

Bentry is targeting developments in London and “key regional university cities”, with the firm actively looking to acquire sites in the capital to deliver design-led homes.

This means targeting Zone 1 and Zone 2 sites, priced between £1,000 and £2,000 per square foot.

Elsewhere, Bentry is looking at sites in Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester.

“Our Bentry Capital portfolio has been steadily developing in recent years, and we are delighted to be involved in several developments across the capital and the north of England,” said Amarveer Singh Pannu, co-founder and director at Bentry Capital.
