The housebuilder is collaborating with Homes England to ultimately provide around 1,000 homes at Windmill View where 259 are already being built in phase one.
Of the first phase, 130 homes will be affordable and managed by housing provider Citizen with 50 available for private rent through Leaf Living. The rest will be sold under Vistry’s Linden Homes brand.

“The shortage of affordable homes across the UK provides a significant challenge, and we are intensifying our efforts to address this issue and provide homes where they are most needed.”
