Called Lyndon Park, this development includes 44 affordable homes and has been in construction since 2017. Accent Housing and Heylo have worked with Keepmoat on the site as partners.

During construction the site also helped create 10 apprenticeship vacancies. Keepmoat worked with Lancashire Career Hubs to use the site as a careers education resource, often hosting site visits for students interested in construction careers.

“The homes at Lyndon Park feature future proofing technologies including solar panels —which reduce carbon emissions by up to two-thirds compared to older housing stock,” said Peter Barlow, regional managing director at Keepmoat North West.

“This not only helps residents save money on their bills, but also ensures they live in homes built for the future.
