The development will provide a mix of 115 open market homes and 50 homes for low-cost homeownership, either through shared equity or as first homes, along with new children’s play areas and enhanced green spaces.
Persimmon will be offering a ‘local homes guarantee’ that will see 50% of private homes on site reserved for those with a strong local connection for the first six months from sales launch.
A new access will be created off Madgwick Lane for vehicles, with additional cycle and pedestrian access points.

The housebuilder will also be making a £640,000 contribution towards wider highways upgrades on the A27 and contributing almost £2m towards public services and other local priorities.
