The scheme, Quattro Raunds, will deliver four industrial units, ranging from 10,600 to 117,000 sq ft.
Designed to meet the needs of industrial and logistics occupiers, the development incorporates a range of sustainability-focused features including EV charging points and photovoltaic panels, targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
