Paragon bolsters development finance team with series of promotions

Paragon Bank has made a series of promotions within its development finance division to strengthen its support for SME property developers.

Daniel Cresswell (pictured above, far left) has been promoted to relationship director.

He began his career in development finance at Close Brothers in 2016, before joining Titlestone which was acquired by Paragon in 2018.

Megan Andreou (pictured above, centre left) and Lilly Sargeant (pictured above, centre right) have been promoted to senior portfolio managers.

Additionally, Ben Leigh (pictured above, far right) has been appointed to a new role of associate director.

Ben, who joined Paragon as senior portfolio manager in July last year, will be focused on supporting managing director Neal Moy and leading specific projects, as well as developing new business product lines and supporting complex transactions.

Neal Moy, Paragon’s managing director of development finance, said: “It is fantastic to see these individuals progress over the past few years, so these promotions are hugely deserved.

“Career development is massively important to us, and we are dedicated to helping nurture and support our people.

“We have ambitious growth plans and we need the right people to enable us to meet them, so I’m delighted to be able to make these promotions.”
