“Carmichael Homes has established an excellent reputation across the central belt of Scotland for delivering high-quality developments with character and community at their core,” said Douglas Spowart, relationship director for Scotland at Shawbrook.
“We’re delighted to support The Moorings, which not only brings much-needed new homes to the area but also revitalises a key brownfield site — turning underused land into thriving, energy-efficient family homes.”
Scott Carmichael, managing director at Carmichael Homes, added: “The Moorings is about creating a community where people can enjoy space, sustainability, and design that stands the test of time.
“Shawbrook really understood that vision and they listened, tailoring the facility to our needs, and gave us the confidence to focus on delivering homes we’re proud of.”
