These homes form part of Phase 3.2B of the scheme, with 37 homes designated for affordable housing. Of these, 19 will be built for approval rent and 18 for shared ownership.

The remaining 85 units will be available for private sale.

Reserved matters approval has also been secured for West Parcel 3.2A which adjoins Phase 3.2B.

West Parcel 3.2A will deliver a total of 111 new homes, including 33 affordable homes and 78 private homes.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025, with full build completion targeted for October 2027.

“Securing reserved matters approval for these phases is a major milestone for Cambourne,” said Fraser Hope, managing director at Vistry Northern Home Counties.
