In his new role, Matt will oversee design and technical compliance across the business.

He will lead the technical functions and ensure all development plans align with current and forthcoming legislation.

Matt has been with the company for 17 years, having joined in 2008 as a technical co-ordinator. He most recently held the position of technical manager for the Eastern region.

Prior to joining Hill, Matt spent 13 years at David Wilson Homes, starting as a trainee and continuing through the company’s acquisition by Barrat Developments.
