This development will offer a mix of tenures, with at least 1,000 of these pre-sold.
The site already has outline planning consent for up to 2,204 homes with 20% of these designated as affordable housing. Of the new homes, 800 will be affordable with 440 delivered through planning obligations and up to 400 as additional affordable or private rented homes.
Around 1,200 homes will be available for open market sale and will be delivered through Vistry’s Linden Homes, Countryside and Bovis Homes brands.
