Once completed, this site will be known as No.1 Hampstead, with the gated community including 1.7 acres of landscaped ground.
The apartments will be configured across one-, two- and three-bedrooms with a standalone townhouse on the site as well.
Stanhope Gate Architecture will work with the developer on the site which has 23,456 sq ft of accommodation space.
Construction is anticipated to take three years and will be led by Bentry’s in-house arm Mellior Group. A sales launch in Q1 2028 is being targeted, with Savills appointed as the preferred agent.
