Zentra is the development manager of the site and holds a 30% equity interest.
Construction is progressing but following a “contractor disruption” practical completion is being targeted for the second quarter of 2026 instead of the end of this year.
To date, contracts for sale have been exchanged for 72 of the residential units with four more reserved.
Zentra will publish its accounts for the year, ending June 2025, later this month.
