The planning application involves delivering 1,452 new rental homes on the 2.8-acre site.
These would be spread over five new buildings with almost 2,000 sqm of commercial space.
Of the homes, 387 will be build to rent and range from one to three-bedroom apartments with resident lounges, co-working areas, gyms and podium gardens.
There will also be 383 co-living studios and a 682-bed PBSA scheme with studios and cluster flats.

Subject to planning, construction could commence in early 2027, with the project scheduled to launch in phased openings during 2029/30.
