Parcels one and six are part of phase four for the wider Linmere masterplan in Houghton Regis, with the aim to deliver up to 5,000 homes at the site.

A planning decision for these parcels is expected early next year, with construction due to commence in April and the first homes anticipated to go on sale in November.

The development is being delivered by Master Developer Land Improvement over a 15-year period. The site already benefits from a range of community facilities, including a new Lidl supermarket, a community hub featuring an independent café and adventure play area and the Thornhill Primary School extension.
