The Rossett, located on Palatine Road, comprises eight privately rented apartments with seven one-bedroom and one two-bedroom configurations available.
The building, previously owned by Great Places, was refurbished with the support of grant funding from Homes England and the GMCA Brownfield Housing Fund.
Construction was led by John Southworth Builders, with architectural design by GWP Architecture following a 17-month build programme.

Rents are expected to start from £1,200pcm for the one-bedroom apartment with the others from £1,450pcm.
“We’ve worked in partnership with Great Places to refurbish and supply much needed rental homes in Didsbury, while the market remains buoyant,” said Emma Ambrose, project manager at Cube Homes.
“The new apartments will suit a range of people, including those local to Didsbury as well as young professionals seeking easy access to the city.
“The apartments are now available to move into, so we urge anyone interested to contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
