The scheme, on Bollo Lane in Chiswick, has detailed planning consent and Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator to commence construction.

Barratt Redrow will deliver this scheme, with 95 of the units allocated for discounted market rent.

The development will include over 4,000 sq ft of commercial space and nearly 5,500 sq ft of internal amenity space including co-working areas and a gym.

Construction is expected to commence this quarter with practical completion anticipated for late 2028.
