This is an increase on the £3.03m recorded in 2023/24, which in itself was revenue growth of 49%.
The rental services provider has managed to maintain its 100% track record of settled valid claims since July 2021.
In that time, over £5.7m of claims have been settled with £1.6m mediated before a payout was required.
The past year, Housing Hand has continued to innovate which has helped underpin the company’s success.

For example, over the past year Housing Hand’s testing of its new digital Accommodation Provider Portal has improved its payout speed from 25-28 days to 21-27 days.
