Carl will work closely with Pluto’s developer and investor partners to structure financing solutions that meet their needs.

He joins from Cynergy Bank, where he spent six years establishing and overseeing its development finance team.

Prior to that, he held roles at Santander, Oblix Capital, NatWest and HSBC.
